AFTER HEARING THAT DISCUSSION WITH PLANNING COMMISSION, TWO OF THE VOTES THAT WERE AGAINST THE PROJECT WERE BECAUSE OF THAT. THEY CAME AND APPROACHED US AND SAID, WE NEED TO FIND A WAY TO DO SOMETHING TO MAKE SURE WE GET THAT PARKING. SO ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WAS AN OPTION THAT WE CAME UP WITH WAS THERE WAS SOME REMNANT PARCEL OF PROPERTY ALONG 8600 TO THE NORTH, WHICH THE CITY WAS GOING TO HAVE LONG TERM RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN. THEY ENDED UP PURCHASING THAT FROM THE CITY, ALLOWED THEM TO ADD ADDITIONAL PARKING AND THE DOG RUN. THEY ALSO GRANTED THE CITY AN EASEMENT OVER THAT, SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THE 8600 BRIDGE. AND THEN THERE IS OFFSITE PROPERTY. THAT'S TWO SLOPES THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO BUY, BUT THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE ON THE LONG TERM MAINTENANCE OF THAT AS WELL. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY PURCHASE THAT PROPERTY FROM US OR AGREE TO PURCHASE THAT PROPERTY FROM US TO GET THAT PARKING, THEY'RE GOING TO TAKE ON THE LONG TERM LIABILITY OF PROVING THAT OPEN SPACE AND MAKING SURE IT'S ATTRACTIVE AND NOT JUST WEEDY PATCH AT THE SIDE OF THE EMBANKMENT. SO THAT'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING THAT WE FEEL LIKE IS A POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT. THEY ALSO WANTED TO CLARIFY THEIR FREE THEIR PARKING THAT'S INCLUDED. AND SO THEY'VE CLARIFIED THAT EVERY ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WILL GET A FREE WITH THEIR RENT SURFACE PARKING STALL WITHIN THEIR PROJECT. TWO AND THREE BEDROOM UNITS WILL ALSO GET A COVERED PARKING STALL IN ADDITION TO A SURFACE STALL. THERE WILL THEN BE ADDITIONAL COVERED STALLS AND GARAGES AVAILABLE FOR RANCH. FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO HAVE ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROPERTY. WITH THAT, THEY'VE ALSO DISCUSSED THAT THERE'S A GUEST PARKING REQUIREMENT OF ONE PARKING STALL PER FOUR UNITS. THOSE GUEST PARKING STALLS WILL BE MARKED AT PLANNING COMMISSION. HOWEVER, NOW WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE ADDITIONAL PROPERTY, THEY HAVE 28.4 ERC'S PER ACRE, WHICH IS BELOW THE 29.3 ERC'S PER ACRE WHICH WE'VE DESIGNATED IN OUR WATER MASTER PLAN. SO BECAUSE OF THAT, THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL ERC'S FROM OUR RDA PROPERTY IS NO LONGER NECESSARY. AND THEN IT'S BEEN TOUCHED ON A COUPLE TIMES, BUT THIS IS IN THE DESIGNATED PROPERTY A. SO WHEN WE'RE SENT OUT TO WILDFIRE SOMEWHERE ELSE, THAT'S THE MAJORITY OF THE FIRE PIECE BENEFITS MANAGEMENT FUND. WHEN WE SOME OF YOU WERE ON THE COUNCIL, SOME OF YOU WERE NOT. BUT WHEN WE MADE A SELECTION OR WE MADE THE CHOICE TO BECOME SELF-FUNDED IN INSURANCE FOR HEALTH PREMIUMS, SOME OF THE STRATEGIES THAT WE USED ARE OPENING A CLINIC SO THAT WE CAN INCREASE WELLNESS AND OTHER THINGS, BUT WE KNEW THAT ONE IN EVERY FIVE YEARS IS WHAT WE CALL A HOT YEAR, AND IT HAPPENS IN ALMOST ANY PLAN. SO WE'RE SEEING THE REVENUE COME IN, WHICH IS WHY YOU'RE SEEING AN INCREASE OF REVENUE HERE, NOT JUST FROM WATER SALES, BUT ALSO FROM IMPACT FEE REVENUE, WHICH IS GOOD BECAUSE THAT'S BEEN UPSIDE DOWN FOR A WHILE. AND WE REALLY WOULD LIKE THAT MONEY, BUT ALSO AN INCREASE IN EXPENDITURE BECAUSE BECAUSE WHEN WE SELL MORE WATER WE HAVE TO BUY MORE WATER. AND SO THERE'S TWO THINGS IN THIS EXPENDITURES. WHICH IS REQUESTING HERRIMAN CITY TO JOIN THE TRANS-JORDAN LANDFILL AS A MEMBER CITY IN ORDER FOR THEM TO JOIN THE CURRENT SEVEN MEMBER CITIES HAVE TO APPROVE THROUGH THEIR CITY COUNCIL TO HAVE THEM JOIN THE LANDFILL. CURRENTLY, HERRIMAN CITY DISPOSE OF THEIR TRASH AT THE TRANS-JORDAN LANDFILL, ROUGHLY ABOUT 20,000 TONS A YEAR OF REVENUE. THE LANDFILL RECEIVES FROM HERRIMAN CITY. SO I HAVE JAREN HERE TONIGHT TO GO OVER THE PROS AND CONS OF HAVING THEM JOIN. AND THERE'S REALLY NO CON I SHOULD SAY IF HERRIMAN CITY ELECTS BECAUSE THEY HAD TO GO OUT FOR RFP FOR SOLID WASTE HAULER. IF THEY HIRE A SOLID WASTE HAULER THAT ELECTS TO TAKE THEIR SOLID WASTE SOMEWHERE ELSE, WE'RE GOING TO BE 20,000 TONS OF REVENUE IN THE NEGATIVE. THE LAST TIME WE HAD CITY JOINED WAS 1997. THAT WAS RIVERTON AND DRAPER. RIGHT AFTER SOUTH JORDAN JOINED IN 1996. SO IT'S BEEN ABOUT 28 YEARS SINCE WE CHANGED THE ORGANIZATION. THIS IS A BIG YEAR FOR US. WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT IT. NOT ONLY HERRIMAN JOINING IF ALL THE CITIES APPROVE IT, BUT ALSO THE OPENING OF THE SANDY TRANSFER STATION THERE AT 700 WEST AND I-15 THERE OFF OF 90TH SOUTH. IT'S BEEN A LONG SIX YEAR PROCESS SINCE I'VE BEEN THERE WORKING ON THIS PROJECT AND VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT. HERRIMAN IS ALWAYS TAKEN THEIR SOLID WASTE TO TRANS-JORDAN. THEY'VE NEVER BEEN A MEMBER. THEY'VE RECENTLY GONE OUT TO RFP BECAUSE THEIR WASTE COLLECTION HAS GONE UP BY 30% IN ONE YEAR. THEY'RE LOOKING AT OTHER OPTIONS TO FIND A MORE COST EFFECTIVE WASTE HAULER. THEY'RE ALSO LOOKING FOR OPTIONS OF WHERE THEY CAN TAKE THEIR WASTE. SO TWO BIG ISSUES HERE. NUMBER ONE IS WHERE DOES THEIR WASTE GO. AND NUMBER TWO, WHAT HAPPENS TO THE RESIDENTS? I RECEIVE OVER 14,000 VISITS FROM THEM, THEIR THIRD ONLY TO WEST JORDAN AND SOUTH JORDAN IN VISITS AT THE LANDFILL. AND SO IF THAT TAKES PLACE WE LOSE A LOT OF REVENUE. BUT THOSE RESIDENTIAL VISITS ARE OUR MOST EXPENSIVE, SO THE BOARD WOULD HAVE TO DECIDE IF WE CONTINUE TO ALLOW HERRIMAN TO VISIT THE LANDFILL AND TO USE THOSE SERVICES. SO THEY STARTED DISCUSSING THAT POSSIBILITY. THE BOARD HAS GIVEN ME DIRECTION UNANIMOUSLY TO SUPPORT MOVING FORWARD. IF THEY DIDN'T COME, THE NEGATIVES THERE WOULD BE LOSE 20,000 ANNUAL TONS OF COMMERCIAL WASTE. AND THEN WHAT DO WE DO WITH THOSE RESIDENTS? THOSE VISITS ARE BY FAR THE MOST COSTLY, GIVING THE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE OPTIONS, AND THOSE WOULD DRIVE UP COSTS FOR THE OTHER SEVEN CITIES REMAINING IF THEY WERE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE BENEFITS IF THEY DO JOIN, WE CONTINUE TO RECEIVE THEIR WASTE KEEPS COSTS DOWN FOR ALL MEMBER CITIES. OBVIOUSLY, ECONOMIES OF SCALE ARE BIG HERE. BOTH OF THE ABOVE BECOME EVEN MORE IMPORTANT AS HERRIMAN GROWS. SO THEY'RE GOING TO GROW. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE A LOT OF LAND LEFT AND WE SEE THEM BECOMING ONE OF OUR LARGER CITIES. REDUCES POLLUTION GEOGRAPHICALLY, THEY'RE LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO TRANS-JORDAN AND SO NOT ONLY IS THE LANDFILL IS CLOSING HERE OVER THE NEXT FEW YEARS, BUT AS WE BUILD A TRANSFER STATION AT TRANS-JORDAN THAT GIVES THEM A HOME FOR THEIR RESIDENTS AND THEIR SOLID WASTE FOR THE NEXT 100 PLUS YEARS. AND ADDITIONAL CITY ALSO MAKES A TOTAL MEMBERSHIP OF EIGHT, WHICH IS NICE AND STRONG. WE WILL REPRESENT A LITTLE MORE THAN HALF A MILLION RESIDENTS IN THE SOUTH HALF OF SALT LAKE COUNTY. TRANS-JORDAN VALUATION AS OF 2024, END OF FISCAL YEAR WAS $44 MILLION, SIMILAR TO HOW SOUTH JORDAN, RIVERTON AND DRAPER JOINED. THEY'RE GOING TO PAY THE FULL GATE RATE, WHICH IS THE $41 A TON. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL GATE RATE AND CITY RATE, WHICH IS THAT $15 DIFFERENCE, GOES TOWARDS THEIR BY AN AMOUNT OF $5.5 MILLION. THEY'RE ALSO TO PAY FOR $100,000 DEPOSITS OR INSTALLMENTS. JULY 1ST OF 20, 26, 27, 28, AND 29. SO THOSE ARE VERY, VERY SIMILAR. JUST THE AMOUNTS OF CHANGED SINCE THE LAST THREE CITIES JOINED TRANS-JORDAN. HERE'S THE PAYDOWN SCHEDULE BASED ON A 3% GROWTH, AND WE BELIEVE THEY WILL OUTPACE THAT. AT THAT RATE, THEY WOULD PAY OFF THEIR BUY IN TO TRANS-JORDAN IN 14 YEARS. SO THAT'S THE ESTIMATED PAYMENT SCHEDULE. JUST TO REMIND THE COUNCIL, HERE WE ARE FORMED BY AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT. THE SEVEN CITIES DRAPER, MIDVALE, MURRAY, RIVERTON, SANDY, SOUTH JORDAN, WEST JORDAN. ALL SEVEN CITIES MUST PASS THE SAME AMENDED AND RESTATED INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TO ALLOW HERRIMAN TO JOIN. I'VE HAD FOUR OF THE SEVEN CITIES ALREADY PASSED AND THEN TOMORROW NIGHT I ATTEND WEST HARRIMAN'S CITY COUNCIL MEETING, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL PASS THE SAME RESOLUTION AS WELL AS THE AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OR BUY IN BETWEEN TRANS-JORDAN CITIES AND HERRIMAN. THESE LAST TWO SLIDES ARE JUST SOME OF THE THINGS WE COMMIT TO WITH LOW TIPPING RATES, OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS, OUR RESIDENTIAL ACCESS AND OUR LONG TERM DISPOSAL. AGAIN, WE ARE FILLING UP THERE AT THE LANDFILL AND IN SOUTH JORDAN, AND WE DO OWN THE LARGEST REGIONAL LANDFILL. ONE FOURTH OWNERSHIP IN UTAH COUNTY WAS WHERE THE WASTE WILL GO. SO WE HAVE A LONG TERM PLAN FOR WHAT THE WASTE IS GOING TO HAPPEN FOR THE WEST JORDAN RESIDENTS. AND HERRIMAN JOINING IS A POSITIVE. LOOKING AT THIS FROM ALL ANGLES, WE'VE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SEE ANY NEGATIVES. WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP AND TO CONTINUE TO GET THEIR WASTE AND USE THOSE ECONOMIES OF SCALE. LAYTON. IT'S NOT LAYTON, BUT IT'S DAVIS COUNTY, MORGAN COUNTY. EXCUSE ME. THEIR WASTE IS STARTED TO GO THERE. NOW THEY'RE SENDING ABOUT 150,000 TONS A YEAR RIGHT NOW. SO IT'LL BE ALL OF THOSE FOUR ENTITIES USING THAT FACILITY. BUT EVERYTHING HAS TO GO THROUGH A TRANSFER STATION TO BE ABLE TO GO. SO MORGAN SENDS THAT ALL THE WAY TO BAYVIEW. MORGAN WASTE COMES DOWN TO A TRANSFER STATION IN LAYTON, AND THAT GOES ALL THE WAY DOWN TO BAYVIEW. CORRECT? WOW. YEAH. YEP. TO MAKE TRASH TRAINS, THEY THEY HAUL IT AT NIGHT SO THEY DON'T HIT I-15 TRAFFIC. THEY START ABOUT TWO IN THE MORNING. AND WE SMASHED THEIR LAST TRUCK AT ABOUT 11:00 IN THE MORNING. HOWEVER, WE'RE DISCLOSING TO YOU RIGHT NOW THAT NO RATES WILL BE EFFECTIVE UNTIL OCTOBER 1ST, SO YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO WORK ON THIS. WE'RE ADOPTING A 3.5% RATE INCREASE TO THE BASE FEE AND USAGE FEES IN THE WATER RATE, AND A 3.5% RATE INCREASE TO THE BASE FEES AND VOLUME RATE OF THE SEWER. WE'RE ALSO BREAKING THE BASE FEE UP TO REFLECT THE TREATMENT PLANT. TREATMENT PLANT COST RECOVERY AND THE CITY BASE FEE. THE TREATMENT PLANT COST RECOVERY FEE IS 95% OF OUR SEWER BASE FEE RIGHT NOW. THOSE COSTS DON'T CHANGE. IF WE SENT EVERYTHING TO THE SEWER, THE COST IS THE SAME. THEY DON'T CHARGE US BASED ON [02:05:01] VOLUME, THEY CHARGE US THE SAME AMOUNT NO MATTER WHAT. YOU CAN SEE THE CURRENT RATES RIGHT NOW WITH SEWER AND WATER ONLY. THIS DOESN'T HAVE STREET LIGHTS OR SOLID OR STORMWATER. ANYTHING ELSE ON IT JUST WE'RE TALKING ONLY WATER AND SEWER. YOU'LL SEE RIGHT NOW IT'S $71.37 FOR THIS RESIDENT. IT WOULD GO UP TO 7387 DIFFERENCE OF $2.50 FOR THE HIGH USE RESIDENT. IT WOULD GO UP ABOUT $4 AND WHATEVER THAT IS $0.60. MY EYES ARE BLURRY. THE WHOLESALE RATE IS GOING UP BY 3.9% FOR WEST JORDAN FROM JORDAN VALLEY, AND JORDAN VALLEY DOESN'T ACCOUNT FOR 100% OF OUR WATER USAGE. SO WE DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO MAKE UP ALL 3.9%. BUT THE AVERAGE JORDAN VALLEY WHOLESALE WATER RATE INCREASE IS 4.9% THIS YEAR. I THINK I MENTIONED THIS BEFORE, WHICH IS WHICH MEANS WE ARE DOING BETTER CONTROLLING OUR COST FACTORS THAT GO INTO JORDAN VALLEY WATER'S RATES, WHICH INCLUDES, AMONG OTHER THINGS, OUR PEAKING FACTORS AND OTHER THINGS. THAT'S THAT'S HOW MUCH WATER YOU TAKE FROM THEM ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR, THE HOTTEST COUPLE HOURS OF THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR, WHICH IS PROBABLY ABOUT A WEEK AGO. IT WAS REALLY HOT AND WINDY, WHICH DIDN'T HELP TOO. SO THOSE ARE JUST SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND. WE'RE DOING REALLY WELL IN MANAGING OUR OUR WATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND HOW WE'RE DOING THINGS, OUR MESSAGING AND SOME OF THE THINGS. EVEN THOUGH WE TALKED ABOUT HOW OUR WATER USE IS UP AND PROBABLY A LITTLE MORE THAN IT SHOULD BE. OVERALL, AS A CITY, WE'RE JUST WE'RE DOING REALLY WELL. SO FOR THOSE RESIDENTS THAT ARE LISTENING, AS THE VALUE OF A HOME GOES UP WITH INFLATION, THE PROPERTY TAX RATE GOES DOWN AND THE CITY RECEIVES EXACTLY THE SAME DOLLAR, $1 FOR $1 YEAR TO YEAR, UNLESS THEY GO THROUGH A TRUTH AND TAXATION PROCESS AND RECEIVE PUBLIC FEEDBACK. SO WHILE SOME PEOPLE SAY, WELL, MY BILL WENT UP, A LOT OF TIMES THEY'RE NOT RECOGNIZING THAT THAT'S AS A WHOLE CITY ASSESSMENT. IT'S HOW SOME PEOPLE'S WENT DOWN, SOME PEOPLES WENT UP. BUT AS A WHOLE, WE RECEIVE THE SAME DOLLAR EVERY YEAR. UNLESS WE GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS. A COMPARISON OF THE CHANGE, YOU'LL SEE THAT HOMES WENT UP THIS YEAR BY 4%, HOWEVER, WITH EVEN A 3% INCREASE IN PROPERTY TAX, THE TAX RATE WILL GO DOWN BY 7%. SO THE MAJORITY OF OUR TAX HOLDERS WHO ARE RESIDENTIAL WILL SEE A DECREASE. THE AVERAGE PROPERTY TAX ON AN AVERAGE HOME WITH THE 3% INCREASE WILL INCREASE BY $2 [02:15:05] FROM WHAT IT WAS IN 2024. HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE A SAVINGS FROM THE DEBT BEING PAID OFF OF $15, AND SO THE MAJORITY OF PROPERTY TAXPAYERS WILL SEE A DECREASE OF $13 ON THEIR BILL. THIS IS PROBABLY THE CHART THAT YOU'D BE MOST INTERESTED IN AND SPECIFIC TO. I ADDED UNINCORPORATED SALT LAKE COUNTY BECAUSE THERE'S AN AREA IN OUR CITY THAT'S ANNEXED RIGHT THIS YEAR. THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THAT PROPERTY TAX RATE. BUT WHEN THEY BECOME PART OF OUR CITY IN TAX YEAR 2026, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HAVING OUR PROPERTY TAX RATE. AND SO THAT WILL BE A GREAT BENEFIT AND SAVINGS TO THEM. YOU CAN SEE THAT IT'S ALMOST THREE TIMES WHAT OUR RATE IS RIGHT NOW. AND WE HAVE I BELIEVE THE MAYOR WAS OUT THERE SPEAKING WITH THEM AND THEY'RE PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT THAT SAVINGS COMING TO THEM. THE ENTITIES THAT ARE LIGHT GREEN ARE ONES THAT EITHER HAVE SAID THAT THEY'RE GOING TO RAISE TAXES, WHICH WOULD BE DRAPER AT 9%, WEST VALLEY AT 8% OR A LITTLE HIGHER. THE OTHER ENTITIES THAT ARE LIGHT GREEN ARE RELATIVE TO OUTSOURCING OF THEIR FIRE AND POLICE, AND THOSE AGENCIES THAT ARE INCREASING THEIR PROPERTY TAXES AS WELL. SO YOU CAN SEE THE MAJORITY OF CITIES ARE GOING TO SEE PROPERTY TAX INCREASE OVERALL. THEY MAY NOT SAY IT'S A CITY TAX INCREASE, BUT UEFA IS DOING A 22% INCREASE. SALT LAKE COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT'S 12% INCREASE. HERRIMAN FIRE IS A ONE ALMOST 2%. HERRIMAN POLICE IS A 5%. SO YOU CAN SEE HOW HAVING THOSE LAW OR FIRE AGENCIES AFFECTS THE CITY OVERALL. AND YOU CAN SEE THAT WE ARE ONE OF THE LOWEST IN SALT LAKE COUNTY. ALL RIGHT. SO THIS IS OVERALL ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES. THE $900,000 IN REVENUE IS FOR THE COURT TRANSITION AND THEN SOME EXPENDITURES. AND WE'LL GO OVER THESE IN A MOMENT. AND THEN THE COUNCIL CHANGES. SO YOU'LL SEE THOSE. FIRST THING IS GENERAL FUND REVENUE. YOU HAVE DIRECTED US TO INCREASE THE PROPERTY TAX INCREASE THAT THE MAYOR PROPOSED AT 2%. AND TO INCREASE THAT ONE MORE PERCENT, WHICH YOU JUST DID. THAT'S $215,215. WE'RE GOING TO TRUE UP PROPERTY TAX TO THE CERTIFIED TAX RATE, WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW. WE WERE GIVING YOU AN ESTIMATE BASED ON WHAT WE KNOW, BUT IT ACTUALLY BROUGHT IN ADDITIONAL REVENUE AS WELL BECAUSE WE HAD AN RDA AREA THAT CLOSED, WHICH WAS GREAT. AND THEN WE HAD SOME NEW GROWTH AS WELL. YOU INCREASED REVENUE BY ADDING TWO NEW OFFICERS, AND THAT WILL TRIGGER THE COPS GRANT FOR THOSE TWO NEW OFFICERS FOR PARTIAL COST RECOVERY FOR THREE YEARS. SO THAT'S ADDITIONAL REVENUE. AND THEN AS WE SPOKE THE COURT CONSOLIDATION THAT WE'RE GOING TO GO THROUGH. SO REVENUE INCREASED $1.6 MILLION BETWEEN THE MAYOR'S PROPOSED BUDGET AND THE TENTATIVE BUDGET. WE'RE PROPOSING FOR YOU TONIGHT, THE EXPENDITURES COUNCIL DRIVEN WERE THE TWO POLICE OFFICERS, PLUS THE EQUIPMENT FOR THOSE OFFICERS. THE AXON DRAFT, ONE SOFTWARE, THE LICENSE PLATE READER SYSTEM, THE CONCRETE CREW AND THEIR EQUIPMENT, THE SHORT TERM RENTAL SOFTWARE. THOSE ARE THINGS, COUNCIL THAT YOU REQUESTED. AND THEN THE WE HAD SOME SMALL HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS. THESE ARE KIND OF IMMATERIAL, BUT THEY WERE JUST US CHEWING UP COSTS TO ALLOCATED COSTS. I MISSPELLED THIS, SO I APOLOGIZE TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, BUT IT'S AN OPTICOM SYSTEM CONTROL SIGNAL CONTROL SYSTEM REPAIR. THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, AND IT'S GOING TO COST $50,000 TO REPAIR. I BELIEVE WE BROUGHT IT UP IN YOUR LAST WORK SESSION, BUT I WANTED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU WERE AWARE OF IT BEFORE YOU ADOPT THE TENTATIVE. THIS MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED INTO THE FLEET FUND, AND THEN THE FLEET DEPARTMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THIS SYSTEM AND ALL OF THE TRUCKS. THE COURT CONSOLIDATION COSTS. AS FAR AS THE BIKE PARK GOES. YOU CAN SEE THE TRUCK BEDS WITH THE LARGE RAMPS IN THEM.
